A major refurbishment of a suite of buildings in Boulcott Street for Transpower is now complete. The buildings, which were previously the home of the Dominion and Evening Post newspapers, have been extensively modified, extended and seismically strengthening to create office space for more than 700 Transpower staff. The project was developed by the respected developer Maurice Clark (recipient of Property Council Greenwood Roche Wellington Laureate Award 2016) and ably constructed by Stephen Cummings (recipient of Property Council Momentum Outstanding Leadership Award, and the Greenwood Roche Supreme Award in 2017) and the team at McKee Fehl.
